Rather than having to list many citizenships, languages, or religion types on the application, it would be helpful if we could just add our most common responses in the dropdown with a following question in text format where the parent can type in a response not listed. E.g., if we only list US and Other as dropdown responses for citizenship, we would like for the parent to be able to type what their citizenship is if it is not US.
