There is a great need for the ability to customize the instructional box that appears when a Parent of a Candidate selects to schedule a visit. Currently, that instructional box is tied to all Visit types. With 4 divisions, each visit type (testing, shadow, tour etc...) has different instructions, but we have to add all of the instructions to one box. #1. This is confusing to people, #2. People do not read all of the instructions.
This would significantly improve the user experience for both prospective families and enrollment management staff. Please consider implementing, as it really would allow enrollment managers to communicate more clearly to prospective families throughout the applicant process. Thank you!
This is a huge need! We use a variety of visit types (tour, assessment, shadow visit), and the instructions are VERY different for each. This is causing a great deal of confusion with our prospective families.
