Allow a Visit that does not have to be tied to Self-scheduling, but will display in the calendar when Admissions staff enters the visit information.

Allow a Visit that does not have to be tied to Self-scheduling, but will display in the calendar when Admissions staff enters the visit information. Example: We consider "Shadow Days" a visit, but the parent is confused when they select the "schedule a visit" button and then dates do not display. We schedule these individually and then add the information to Blackbaud so that the visit populates on the Admissions Calendar for our staff.

Related ideas
There should be a show/hide feature for "schedule a visit" button on the checklist. There is currently not way to add the visit on the "backend" without this button being visible for prospective families.
