Please add self-scheduling controls (on or off) that are event-specific or add the ability to set-up publishing times for events.

Currently, there is only ONE global control to turn on or off the self-scheduling in Enrollment Management. So if it is ON, self-scheduling it on for every event posted on the calendar.

Our office has two different divisions in admissions: high school and elementary school. High school launches mid-August and elementary school launches in September. We have to turn the self-scheduling on for high school events so their prospective families can sign up for student visits, tours, etc.

And because self-scheduling is turned on, the elementary admissions cannot pre-load events before the actual minute of launching because once you add something to the calendar, it's live. And since there is no way to delay publishing an event, we forced to wait until the last minute to frantically add tours to the calendar.

And when our application launches mid-September, we will be in the same boat with parent interview slots and testing appointments.  Having one of the two features requested would allow for easier planning and fair process for all applicant families.
