Limit ability for families to cancel/change self-scheduled appointments

It would be helpful if we could set limits on when a family can change or cancel a self-scheduled appointment. For example, if someone used self-scheduling to book an interview and then needs to change the date/time, that change should not be allowed within 24 (or 48) hours of the interview date. A message should appear for them to contact the school to make the change.

    Seems like an easy add-on/fix for a QOL change. Apparently there isn't enough "votes/comments" for it to be discussed by the development/implementation team, according to BB chat. 17 votes could mean 17 admissions departments from 17 schools. And from 2018 til 2023, people on the chat about this were just led to this link and that was the end of it, so there could have been potentially more than 17.
