Just heard about this work around that Support isn't even aware of:

Click on the student’s name in Enrollment Mgt, then in the flyout panel click “Student”. It will take you to the student’s academics page, where you can pull all their past records.

Agreed, this is important. We absolutely need to have access to all of the previous records for returning students.

Support thinks the solution should be to re-enroll them for the current year through Admissions Management (can't in Core because they are a candidate now). This is so frustrating. How can this be a good work flow. Oh and did I mention the past student and parent of past student no longer have those roles. They are now candidate and parent of candidate.
