Introduce the "Add Another Household" feature to the Event Registration forms, consistent with the functionality already available in the Inquiry and Application forms.

Currently, both the Inquiry and Application forms include an "Add Another Household" option, allowing parents or guardians to provide information for multiple households (e.g., in cases of shared custody or blended families). However, this functionality is missing from the Event Registration forms.
