Because of how the candidate interview information is displayed on a candidates list, it is not able to be sorted or filtered by date. Please split the Candidate Interview column into two separate columns, one for Candidate Interview Type and one for Candidate Interview Date, and allow for filters to search for both fields, rather than having them combined into a single field. (This split exists in an interview list, but there are other things on a candidates list that we need to have visible concurrently with interview information for proper candidate outreach.)
