Contract errors due to tuition month settings within Tuition Management

When late sibling or rolling enrollment situations arise, the parent is receiving an error when attempting to submit their contract. The error message is related to a past tuition month being turned on within Tuition Management, which causes contract completion and enrollment delays for both the school and the family. If the system could override this, or allow for late enrollments to continue without assistance with Support, it would greatly streamline the process.
