Remove payment options completely once a family selects "not returning" in contract.

After a parent selects "not returning" it still shows payment plans as required. This is confusing since they will not be making any payments. Please remove this feature so families are not mislead.

I understand it won't request a deposit, but that is after payment plan and method so still think it is required.
