I would like the contract reminders to be set to send after the due date in case someone is late on submitting the contract. Right now you can only do it before it is due.

We wanted to send it out to families saying their contract is late, but they have to find other means to do this when it would be very easy to just set the reminder (or late) notification setting to after the contract was submitted. Also a custom date would be great here as well.
