It would be helpful to have the ability to simply "push" a past due reminder, once the Contract is overdue without the school having to set up additional reminder notifications, etc. I spent all day creating custom distribution groups - one for parents who had not yet responded, one for parents who completed the contract but not the payment system, and one for parents who finalized payment but have not yet submitted contracts.
