We currently use non-integrated contracts and families have the option to select in-school payment for the deposit, which allows them to submit the contract and send in the deposit after. It would be a big help to be able to set an automated reminder to go out on a regular schedule until the payment has been submitted and the contract is processed. Another (possibly easier to implement) option would be to add $X deposit due in the yellow banner area where contract/form to review is listed.
There is currently an indicator that the contract is awaiting payment if the family happens to go to the completed forms section of Files & Forms but that's not something most parents do on a regular basis.
