I'm aware that we can set the deposit amount to any value. But a family would still have to indicate prior that they want to pay in full, and then we would have to go in and adjust the deposit for that particular contract.
I'd really like an option the signer can select while doing the contract to pay in full, and have the contract form be responsive enough to accommodate that in the same session. This way the parent doesn't have to come back online to complete the contract and the business office doesn't have to worry about logging in school payment for the remaining balance of contracts.
