We get charged 2.6% by the credit card company when the parents pay their tuition by credit card. We would like a way to charge this to the parents, but not have to charge it to families that chose to pay by DD or EFT. 

Effectively there would need to be a way to charge more than one amount, with the ability to explain to the parents why (ie. via added text box)

This would also apply to School Forms (in onCampus, onRecord, onMessage) when charging fees, not only Contract Forms.
