We offer three separate payment options, Annual, Semi-Annual and monthly. Each option has a different tuition amount. (We charge a 3% finance fee for tuition that is not paid annually). Currently, the contracts only allow one tuition amount, so families that choose to pay semi-annually or monthly have to be manually split as the contracts are received. It would be much easier if a total tuition amount was entered for each payment option. On Board would then split the payments based on the payment option chosen when the parent accepts the contract.
Please revisit this issue. Because of this limitation the majority of contracts we generate have incorrect dollar amounts based on the parents payment plan selection.
We have this exact problem and im angry at the sales rep who stated smart tuition could handle this when it still can not in 2021. Smart Tuition can only handle a single tuition amount for each grade independent of what the families payment plan is.
