Add formatting expectation to DOB.

Parents put their child's DOB in different ways (10/11/86, 10-11-1986, Oct. 11, 1986, etc.). If they know how they should enter it, it won't come up as an error.

    It would helpful to have the date of birth format (dd/mm/yyyy) on the Create an Account page.

    Yes! All the date fields are problematic for our Canadian schools who use DD/mm/YYYY format. I we have to email every family to double check birthday if the month and day are under twelve to double check. :/
