We would like the Checklist Content to copy over with the checklist along with any text written in the fields.
Currently the checklist copies the steps but not the content which means we have to rewrite the same information all over again for our recommendations which is cumbersome and unnecessary. We want the information come over with the checklist automatically.

Agreed - why copy when you don't know what will and will not transfer over? It makes no sense. Another instance when Blackbaud is not intuitive.

There is no reason that certain things do not copy over. This has been open for nearly six years, and is to the point that a link to this suggestion was added to a knowledgebase article (https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/114198). That is almost like salt in the wound. If a suggestion is strong enough that it deserves a link from a KB article, then why in the world has it not been either implemented or noted as unlikely to implement?? Things like this are what make the idea bank so mind-numbingly frustrating. Leaving ideas in limbo is literally the worst of all possible outcomes.
I agree. What a waste of time it is to have to retype and add forms after copying. What is the point of the copy then??

YES! I agree. I did not expect to have to copy every step description, link and document over again. This is not a good use of my time! Thank you!
Yes please!! It takes me hours every time I copy a checklist because I have to manually copy which notifications to send, all of their settings, and all of the text.
