For example- I tried to find out how many candidates had completed a certain checklist step last October, so we could order materials for this year. However, I was unable to find a way to pull that through a List, Work List, or Report.

I tried the “Checklist items completed” Report and that is very cumbersome. It would be ideal if there were a way of making a Work List with the existing “Checklist Step” option, adding the option to search by date, and making it so it’ll populate.

It may be an issue of having IT give us more permissions, so please let me know if there’s a way to handle this other than what I’ve tried.
