Ability to See If an Official Note Has Been Viewed

Right now, we only receive notification if an official note has been replied to, but we are unable to tell if the note we've sent out has been viewed. We'd like to be able to have some way of telling whether an official note has been viewed so we know if we need to follow up with someone to make sure they got the message.

I would like to be able to see if my official note was opened. Merged

This would be extremely helpful to judge the effectiveness of my communication. It would also be helpful if I could track the open rate as a percentage.

Allow Enrollment Management team to see if Notes have been read Merged

There doesn't seem to be a way to tell if an Official Note was read by the candidate. It would be helpful to see if they're logging in and reading, or not logging in in which case we'll know to call or find another way to reach them. We'd like a d...
