Allow online assessment to expire at a selected time Merged

So that the online assessment is available ONLY during my class block. Then be able to 'reassign' to a student who missed a class if they have an excuse.

    This is a big need for teachers because currently it is not easy for a teacher to open an assessment or extended an assessment for students to makeup.
