Currently, topics can only be shared with similar groups (i.e. Academics and Academics, Activities and Activities). It would be helpful if topics could be shared across groups.
The topic boards are so powerful in delivering information in different ways. Having a consistent user interface across all modules would be a win for all.
As a Division Head I post topics to a page for parents to see and the teachers would like to reinforce those same topics on their class pages but can't access it. Or I may post a policy or article on the faculty community page and the teachers would like to add those same ones to their class page. Crossing from Communities to individuals would be helpful.
We would love this feature as well, our teachers are having a rough time trying to get materials between advisory groups and class groups.

I really need this! We have a "tech skills" group that has topics teachers want, as well as library, innovation, etc.

We desperately need the ability to share topics to the topic bank that are retrievable in ALL types of groups. Please consider implementing!

Our library (community group) would really like to be able to create and share topics with specific classes (academic groups) for research projects!
