Bulk Edit of an assessment after an assessment is taken. Merged

After an assessment is given a question may be necessary to change a question that didn't work out.  Example: remove question or bulk adjust points to a class versus each individual student.

    Please! I have had teachers accidentally click the wrong answer for their answer key or want to eliminate a question and this is a problem!
