Show grade notations in blank space or when hovering in grade book

The grade book should show the notation at least when hovering so that the teacher does not have to click every blank spot to see if a notation has been made.

    UPDATE!

    I am happy to announce that we can close out this idea with the June 28th Gradebook Improvement release! 

    We are now exposing assignment status icons in the Gradebook so that teachers no longer have to drill down. Comments will show upon hover. Here is the blog story detailing the updates.

    Hi There, 

    We're working on our Traditional Gradebook Improvements initiative. We are planning on exposing the Assignment status icons and are working on a tool tip that shows the details right from the initial view.
