We would like the ability to return an assessment question to a student for more editing.  Example: A student writes a paragraph answering a question for an assessment and they submit the response.  The teacher says this is not sufficient, you need to add to your answer.  The student cannot reopen the assessment question to edit, they can only retake it which erases their work.
