At the end of the term, teachers use the "Number to Drop" column in the grade book setup to indicate how many low grades they want to drop by assignment type. Right now, the system automatically adjusts the grade for each student, but you have to look through the list of assignments and mentally calculate which grades were lowest. If the dropped grades were highlighted or italicized, then students and teachers would be able to identify dropped assignments at a glance.
I concur with Carla Brown.
It would be super helpful if both teacher and student could see which grades have been dropped and are no longer calculated into the student's average. Thank you for considering this as a way to enhance our experience with your program.
