Allow Practices to have multiple transportation methods like games

Athletic Games currently allow for multiple modes of transportation whereas practices currently only allow a single form of transportation within a drop-down. We would like practices to have this same functionality.

    Bump, this seems like it would be an easy feature to implement as it already exists for games.
