Athletic Schedule: Separate Add Game and Add Practice buttons - one button with a buried alternative is confusing
interface should have one button for add practice and one for add game, not one button for both options.
Also, practices should allow for a "title" just like games do. There are usually instances in which some information could be quickly conveyed in a title practice and not bury it in directions and details another click deeper. Plus, it would make the schedule presentation more consistent - the title column is blank for practices - let coaches put something useful in there.

Ok thanks, understood. My original point still stands here. For any coach on the schedule tab of their team page, there's basically 2 things all coaches have to do and need to do: add games and add practices. Giving coaches those 2 options immediately in the interface would be a huge help and not out of line with the UI goals. Thanks for the update!

Hi Steve, I see what happened here I think. We closed it b/c it was linked to the update we did for adding titles to practices since this idea contained two asks. You're right we do still have an add button with the things you can add Game/practice (because that's mostly the same UI just a different type). We also added other events at that point so you'll see that in the dropdown. We wouldn't ever add a separate button for any thing that you could add in the main menu for a few reasons - it clutters the nav and isn't really scalable (if we ever made it up to 10 different things you could customize to add you wouldn't want to keep seeing buttons added exponentially). But, I could if it helps explore whether we could split out the practices from games in the drop down. You would still see one button with a dropdown submenu but if you think that's worth it we could look into. Otherwise if the crux of the issue is you want separate buttons for everything I can update this to will not implement and have it noted here for posterity that we did add the practice titles.
