Sometimes assessments have to be administered early for students with IEP type accommodations.  We would like the ability to lock out other students in the class who would have access to the assessment before they should (and then turn it on for them when applicable.)  It isn't good enough to just change to a future date after the fact as students could see it while the early student is taking it.
