A number of our teachers have been running into this generic error when creating assignments.  As it turns out, while all marked required fields are completed, in these cases an empty Description field when a file is uploaded for students to download is what is needing to be fixed.

The error being generic and the fact there is no indicator (like a red highlighted box) to the field that needs to be addressed makes it difficult to know how exactly to resolve this error.

I would like to see the following changes:

1. Update the error message to include an indication that an uploaded file and/or link needs a description
2. When errors occur, highlight the field(s) in red that need attention so teachers don't need to find these on their own
3. If a single error exists, automatically scroll to the field / area in the assignment to make it easier for teachers to resolve
