Better support for random schedules

It seems that random schedules are the red-headed stepchild in On.  There seems to be a lot of functionality that is lost if you use a random schedule.  This is a shame as some schools out there can not support a block schedule system as easily as others.

    This is a HUGE omission and makes modifying student schedules NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE with the current tools:  You cannot tell if placing a student into a class will conflict with a class in a random block because the schedule is blind to them.
