We are currently able to use LaTex to insert notations in the question body, however we are limited to plain text in the answer blanks. There are plenty of instances where an answer to a problem would need to be listed with a super/sub script, and not having this option is severely limiting for our math and science teachers. Since this feature is already supported in the question body, I would hope it wouldn't be too difficult support this feature in the answer fields as well.
Thanks for the votes! Just noting that LaTex can be used now to insert notations for multiple choice answer fields in assessments.
Please make sure this functions in all browsers, especially Chrome. Any updates should be tested in all major browsers.
This would be very helpful for math teachers as some questions are impractical to ask as a multiple choice due to the inability to use LaTex in the answers, especially for questions involving polynomials, radical, and rational expressions.
