Disable/Enable Account for Student and ALL relations

The ability to disable account for student and ALL relations for the student.  The ability to include All relations is currently available for managing grade holds.   It would be ideal to also include the ALL relations feature when re-enabling the account.

    The ability to disable/enable student accounts from the Security > Blackbaud ID Authentication list. The ability to save lists in the area would be helpful. having to recreate the list every time is time consuming.
