Allow for accommodations such as extended time on OnCampus assessments Merged

The assessment feature OnCampus only allows you to set a time limit for the class.  It would be beneficial for teachers to be able to set a time limit for the class and set an extended time limit for students with accommodations.  Even better would be if student learning profiles were linked to the assessment feature and reminded teachers of extended time accommodations for students.

    I just had a teacher send me the following.  Sounds like a good idea to me.

    .  I’ve been having trouble lately with guys who have extra time.  Once the timer on the quiz runs out, there is no way to add a few extra minutes and allow them to finish.  This is a standard accommodation these days, but the LMS creates a bit of a limitation.  My only option is to make them completely retake the quiz which isn’t ideal.
