PROBLEM:  Currently, teachers can enter a Weight (%) for each assignment category, even when they have "Total Points" selected.  New users sometimes mistakenly believe that the gradebook will use the category % weight to calculate their grades. Also, experienced users sometimes overlook that "Total Points" is selected. 

SOLUTION: When teachers select Total Points as the setup, entering a Weight (%) should not be an option. The weighting should "gray out."  This will prevent costly errors.
