Have an option to change the Reported by name on an infraction.

Our faculty submit infractions and our Asst. Dean of Students would like to be able to change the name from the teacher's to his before approving and before parents can see.  Currently, it is hard coded and the name can't be changed.

    There are other use cases for this request as well.

    • We have Admin assistants sometimes enter infractions for the principals. The infraction then displays the admin assistants name instead of the principals.

    • If you use thresholds to issue infractions based on a point system, the person who configured the thresholds is always reported as the issuer of the infraction. This is unfortunate for the Director of IT (me), because now I have parents emailing me to address their child's infraction instead of the correct party.
