More styling options for a Resource Board Detail Page

I would like better styling on a Resource Board detail page that has a collection of download and link categories. It would be nice to style the bold blue links in the same size font as the headers, as well as a more current style for the grey boxes surrounding the content channel. Perhaps the opportunity to use school colors.

By the way, Caitlin, did you add that hashtag link to the other idea manually (i.e. copying the link and changing the link text) or do you know some cool public-facing version of the hashtag that I don't? :) We can do those hashtags on the internal side, but it'd be cool if it was possible on the public side.
