We would like to be able to add a zero as an assignment grade even if the assignment category uses letter grades

When using letter grades as the letter grade scale for certain assignments, my teachers would still like to give a student a 0 when they don't complete an assignment. Currently, in the letter grade scale you can only give an F or 59% instead of a 0%
