Currently, Official Notes from previous years and courses are only accessible to a teacher who was connected to the student at the time it was written. This historical data of Official Notes paints a picture of previous academic years that should be able to be linked to the student's profile for future teachers to see.

I propose that when Blackbaud archives an Official Note that they are then connected to the student's profile. This would allow future teachers and advisors can see them.
