Allow teachers to see past years' Official Notes in students' Contact Cards
Prior years' notes should be easily accessible to all teachers via each student's Contact Card. At present, this is not the case even when "Display only current year" is unchecked for a comment type and when the teacher chooses to show archived comments in the Official Notes tab of a student's Contact Card.

This is really frustrating. We have rolled out "Official Notes" and use it extensively to track all sorts of student data. We began the process last year in hopes of being able to use this data in grade transition meeting. The most logical way to access this info would be through a ROSTER. Sadly when you click on "ARCHIVED" you cannot see any past year info. That functionality is not available or does not work. It is quite frustrating.
