Official notes from past years available to teachers

We log our parent/teacher conferences with Official Notes. It would be very helpful to our teachers if they could look at the notes from previous years logged on their current students to get a sense of what was discussed with the parent in the past. As it is, teachers can only see notes for the current school year.

Related ideas
We would like the ability to have advisors/teachers/dorm supervisors to view all official notes for a given student that they currently teach or are assigned to them via advisory or dorm. A complete picture of a student is beneficial and needed than just limiting to the current academic year. There is a feature to limit to current year only but if this is not checked then access to all years should be available.
