View Advisor Before Sending Official Note

All of our official notes for current students are automatically sent to each student's advisor. However, when crafting an official note, an author has no idea who that advisor is. It would be most helpful when you enter a student’s name in an official note, a little box with their advisor’s name is visible so we know who the note is going to as we’re sending it. That information is available with a few more clicks, but our teachers cannot spare those extra steps to begin with.

Great.  And I would also like to see the names of the people receiving the note.  I often don't know who teaches a particular student.

This should be true for any constituency (teachers, coaches, etc) that are clicked off. It is highly confusing/stressful to our teacher NOT to know who the note is being sent to. Sure, the note says advisors, but it would be great to SHOW who they are to provide additional transparency.
