Change Official Notes Author to use Nickname, not first name

Faculty dislike that official notes are sent with their first and last name as author but students know faculty by their nickname.  It would be nice if faculty could set an author name to customize this or if it would use nickname not first name for author.

    The same options should be available in the new grade card builder.
