Include student grade or class year in placeholders for Official Notes notifications
Recipients of notifications when Official Notes are submitted sometimes find it challenging to determine whether the note concerns a student in their school division. For example, we have a category for sports injury accommodations. These notes come from a nurse or trainer and may concern students in any grade level. The ability to automatically include grade level or class year would help.

This would be helpful for us, particularly if it was the grade "name" rather than the grad year.
