4 years ago when we switched to Blackbaud Education Solutions we didn't use Learning Profiles because they were so lacking the head of that department decided to stick with what we were using. 4 years later we are looking into using them again but nothing has changed. In looking through Ideas section of community.blackbaud.com there are tons of ideas that would make this a useful section but it doesn't look like anyone has even thought about any of them. Nothing flagged as "Under consideration", "Planned", or merged with other ideas because they are similar. Of the 117 ideas that came up in my search, 4 were marked as implemented. The most resent one being 2018 and commenters called it out as not being implemented. The next most resent one was 2017 and looks like it was a fix after an unrelated change resulted in a problem for Learning Profiles.

Lack of Votes for this section might not be due to people not wanting the changes. In my experience in software development, you tend to get very little feedback when a section of your software is so bad no one even uses it. I have a feeling that is the case with learning profiles.
