Bulletin Board: Option to add multiple channels of the same content type
I would like the ability for Course Bulletin Boards to be able to add more than 1 text widget.

Adding more text and more widget options is certainly important to the creative and informational delivery of information for educators. Limiting creativity and page building to one type of each widget is not ideal or flexible.
Another basically identical idea (https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OC-I-110) has been marked as will not implement.
I would ask that you reconsider that position. There are apparently "technical limitations" that make this difficult. Since the topics module already allows this, I imagine that the biggest problem would be legacy content not; that is, it might not be possible to migrate existing bulletin boards.
I would gladly get my users to re-create bulletin boards if it meant that the new ones were more flexible.
