Allow for two separate comment types with different access settings. Teachers like to make comments on student's assignments for their own notations, but teachers also want to give feedback on assignments through comments. We would like the students to see one comment type, but not the other.

1. Student Feedback: One specifically for forward-facing student feedback and general comments. This way teachers can natively give feedback on all assignments continuously, or as needed

2. Teacher-Only Comment: A second for teacher's internal comments and notes for themselves. These would be solely for the purposes of the teacher that they don't want the student, parent, or other constituents to see, but want to keep for themselves.

Or..... separate comments for overall gradebook comments & another for rubric comments with seperate access settings.
