I'm suggesting that an option be available for the advisory groups and
    faculty.
The lower school division may not have its students use the portal as much
as the middle and upper schools, so this may not be beneficial to that
    division.

View as any student (on the System admin role) is filtered by School level per admin user. View as my advisees (on the Advisor role) is limited to the advisees enrolled in that Advisor's Advisory group. Are you asking for only one division's advisors to have View-as access but not the other division's advisees?

Yes, I tried to add something yesterday, but it kept giving me an error message. It would be ideal if we could filter it by division, just an added suggestion.

View as Student already exists for Advisors! See our Help Docs for more information: https://webfiles-sc1.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/education/k12/panel/content/bb-core-view-as-security.html

We were all very excited about this new tool! One quick question...

Our director of instruction noticed that faculty & advisors can also see the students' messages and message history with this view. Is it possible to turn that portion off?
