There is currently no way to report or export the Class Average in a course. It's visible from within a teacher's gradebook, but it can't be extracted in any usable format. We offer multiple sections of courses and like to compare section averages, especially when sections are taught by different teachers. At present, there is no way to analyze this data in an efficient way. If you aren't able to create a report or advanced list that allows us to extract this data for analysis, can you at least create an endpoint that we can use?
