Our Middle School utilizes 2 grade plans. For semester grading, teachers enter Core Competencies grades on one grade plan screen, and course grade and course comments on the Traditional Grading grade plan screen.

Right now, if a teacher selects a student on the left (that isn't the first student) on one grade plan screen, then switches to the other grade plan screen, it will always go back to the first student listed alphabetically. See attached video.

I propose that if a teacher selects a different student (not the first student alphabetically), that if a teacher were to switch grade plans, the same student is highlighted on the other grade plan's screen. This will allow teachers to grade the student on both grade plan screens, then progress to the next student.
